Kristin is the founder and CEO of the company. Besides being theCEO, she is also the product owner, she does also contribute in marketing, sales and finance (typical entrepreneur).

She holds a MSc degree in Shipping,finance and international economics from the Norwegian Business  School, and a she hasan executive master in "Value creating Board". She has many years ofexperience from chartering, operation, S&Ps and business development from Fearnley& Eger, I.M Skaugen, Klaveness and Leif Høegh and she has also been workingas an independent contractor.

In 2008 she was one of the initiators of and the head of the Executive MBA program in shipping, offshore and finance onbehalf of Nanyang Business School and Norwegian Business School. In 2010 shewas the head of CHNL and coordinated the “First NorthernSea-route project” where MV Nordic Barents loaded iron ore in Kirkenes, wentthrough the North East Passage and discharged in Shanghai. She has also headeda project exploring the options of exporting fresh water from Norway to the Middle East.

Kristin has also co-founded and headed two other companies; i-Sea making Embark(Google maps for boaters) sold to Altor /C-Map in 2017 and Rendra makingStreamBIM (3D BIM for the construction industry) sold in 2018 to a Canadianfamily company.
Kristin isalso an investor in several other companies.

Kristin is the mother of 4. She ispassionate, hardworking, has a lot of energy, good mood and she is not afraid of being outside her comfort zone, and btwshe is a Liverpool fan. YNWA!
