April: A new chapter
Welcome to the fourth edition of our monthly newsletter, where we recap an (extremely) eventful April! 🌻 This past month has been pivotal for us, marked by exciting launches, and once again a new monthly sales record has been set.
As we continue to grow in numbers of paying customers and to adopt to the importance of the companies' stricter data security policies, we realize the necessity to evolve to ensure the quality of our services. ShipIntel operates on Microsoft Azure and since we now are shifting the ShipIntel's business model to a more traditional SaaS model, we have also chosen to support the Microsoft Entra access control protocol. Microsoft 365 users can then log in to ShipIntel with their Microsoft Entra ID, making ShipIntel a part of their company's IT data and security policy.
While the core structure of ShipIntel remains unchanged, we have reorganized the features into two distinct subscriptions, ShipIntel Essentials and ShipIntel Pre-fix and launched some powerful new AI driven features (find more details below), to ensure that we cater more specifically needs reported by the three main ShipIntel customer groups.
We have also deepened our integration within Microsoft. ShipIntel Essentials is now available on Microsoft Teams, helping you connect your team where they are - by creating and sharing ShipIntel Essentials dashboards inside your Microsoft Teams channels and groups, on the web and on the Microsoft Teams mobile application.
Lastly, our digital presence has been revitalized with a fresh website redesign, reflecting our changes 🤩 You should have a look!

For the 6th month in a row we have seen a growth above 20 % compared to the previous month. As we hit a new sales record for the sixth consecutive month, listen to why one of our customers chose ShipIntel:
"We decided to change over to ShipIntel because it is a great and user-friendly ship tracking system with so much more. With over 50 vessels in our ship project finance portfolio, we need ship details, alerts, port info, traffic statuses and trends all the time. ShipIntel is a tool that easily gives us such information and connects our team" says Ole Jacob Person , Managing Director at Pareto Securities Maritime Services
