Pål Albertsen joined Maritime Optima in March 2026 as Head of Sales. He brings a diverse background, having spent over 20 years as a performance coach within both professional sports and the business sector. Pål was brought onboard to build and lead our sales department.

In his spare time, he enjoys a quiet family life in Larvik. As a father of three, soon to be four, plus two bonus children, his family keeps him young. Whenever possible, he also loves to squeeze in a football match or two.
