smart vessel LISTS

Create vessel lists based on your business needs

Vessel lists are created for different reasons. ShipIntel Essentials makes it easy to find and group vessels based on dynamic operational criteria, technical descriptions, email correspondence, or a combination of different data sources.

Plan smarter

Combine historical information about vessel trading patterns and type of operation, real-time activity and prediction models.

Work more efficiently

Combine lists with tailored notifications to stay informed about important events, whether you are in the office or on the go.

Deliver better service

Combine your experience, smarter planning, vessel insight and documented deliveries to deliver better service and build stronger customer relationships.

You know what you're looking for. ShipIntel gives you actionable data linked directly to vessels

ShipIntel Essentials lets you combine historical, live, and predicted future trading data with technical vessel descriptions and port visit history, so you can find exactly the vessels you're interested in.
Once you've created your lists, you can build multiple views per list showing detailed information about each vessel, set up tailor-made notifications, add notes, create sea routes, and run quick voyage calculations among other things.
Functionality for any type of vessel list
No matter which type of criteria you have chosen to create your vessel list, you and your team will be given access to actionable features and data sets; view the vessels in the list with all type of data attached but sorted in different views, follow the vessels on the map to quickly find where the vessel came from, where she is, last cargo operation, service speed, and predicted destination. Analyze which ports the vessels have visited, add internal notes, set up tailored notifications, do ETA calculations, and work together from one shared view.

View vessels on the map

See the vessels in the lists or on the map, and where they come from, if they last loaded or discharged, where they currently are and where they are heading.

Add notes, documents, and photos

Attach private notes, documents, and photos to vessel lists so your team can keep relevant context connected to the vessels it belongs to.

Analyze port history

Review which ports the vessels have visited, what operations they performed in each port. Put the legs together and find each vessels trading pattern for specific periods of time.

Set up tailored notifications

To be notified about events that that matters to you. Receive daily emails listing events that are triggered.

Calculate ETAs to specifc ports

Use the ETA calculations to find when the vessels in a list can reach selected ports, based on ShipIntel's sea route calculator and the vessel's service speed.

View different data sets per vessel list

Once you have created your lists you can set up presets to view different data per vessel list, for example one view with real-time AIS data, one with historical trading data, one with ownership data, etc.

We started using ShipIntel because we needed an AIS software and a sea route calculator. We added more features because we gained access to high-quality AIS data, smart AI searches, and a very user-friendly software at an affordable price. There are too many stand alone softwares, and we have started looking for a kind of all in one software that gives us what we need at an affordable price.
