Elias holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from OsloMet and a Master’s degree in Informatics: Programming and Systems Architecture from the University of Oslo. Originally from Oslo, he combines strong academic foundations with practical experience from both IT consulting and the service industry. He is a social and driven individual who thrives on new challenges and enjoys working at the intersection of technology and user needs. His background has given him a solid understanding of both technical problem-solving and customer-focused thinking. As a Frontend Developer at Maritime Optima, Elias combines his technological expertise and service-oriented mindset to create solutions that deliver real value for both new and existing users.

Outside of his academic and professional career, Elias is deeply engaged in football. He started Frigg 4 in the 10th division and currently contributes as both a player and trainer in the 8th division.
