Maritime Optima is looking for 3 business development representatives to join us on an exciting journey.

You are energetic and love achieving the goals you have set for yourself, and you love being part of a "winning team". With us you will have a key role in sales of ShipIntel Essential.

Maritime Optima AS is a Norwegian-owned company that develops the data-driven decision support system ShipIntel for companies in the shipping industry. The system is very user-friendly and scalable and is based on large amounts of data that collects and structures, and uses to create models to predict various events. Furthermore, ShipIntel helps automate internal manual work processes. The goal is to develop and sell a groundbreaking new data-driven decision support system for companies involved in shipping.

We are looking for you who:

  • Outgoing and loves talking on the phone.
  • Has experience with meeting booking and/or telephone sales
  • Is fearless and loves the pursuit of results and goal achievement
  • Is comfortable with data
  • Is structured, social and an all-around pleasant person.

Job duties:

  • Prospecting and sales towards Norwegian and international companies
  • Meeting booking with decision-makers
  • Relationship building in the shipping industry
  • Opportunity for further development of a sales career

You will receive thorough training in everything you need to succeed in sales.

This includes sales methodology and psychology, along with close follow-up, training sessions, and regular coaching.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Norwegian (and English written and spoken)
