We are located in modern maritime-inspired offices at Aker Brygge in Oslo but are moving into our new offices (cross the street) in Vika Atrium in January 2023.

ShipAtlas - For everyone interested in vessel data, tracking and trades, port activities, congestions, sea routes, marine weather, ice conditions, piracy, zones and maps.
The business model for ShipAtlas is freemium. ShipAtlas has more than 50 000 registered users and is continuously developing our product based on user feedback.
ShipIntel - A modularized software for maritime professionals focusing on team efficiency. Customize software for your needs by selecting the modules you want. ShipIntel was launched in October 2022 and is growing quickly.
We need to build and scale our commercial activities and grow and scale our marketing, support, and sales activities. We are looking for a customer success and support manager who has experience working as a customer success manager from software products (Freemium SaaS) and preferably understands the shipping industry.
You have to be prepared to do a lot of daily repetitive work, testing, and tuning, while keeping a strategic mindset and help developing our commercial strategy for growth together with the digital marketing manager and the CEO.
